聖火傳承大家長Agni已經連續好長一段時間,在每一周開始的星期六,給與因應當周能量的訊息,並教導如何因應的技巧。

這些技巧都是簡單郤實用,即使過了當周的時間,當遇上類似議題時,仍可以使用這些技巧。

比如近日有一周的技巧是關於當外界壓力持續增加時,如何加深內在平靜,而不是躲入恐懼的避難所。

當我之後遇到壓力時,再度練習Agni所給予的技巧,仍然會覺得內在安靜下來。

 

因此,我想把Agni的每周本周訊息給記錄下來,需要時還可以查閱。

 

本周Agni分享的訊息:如何將你訂定的目標/決定給予助力來實現

This week:

Give your decisions an impetus so that they move from the field of planning to the field of manifestation, even if you have to expand your comfort zone to do so.

The following exercise will help you: With your left hand, pick up your planning in front of your forehead chakra. Make a fist. What color is it?

Now hold it astrally in front of your neck chakra, wait until the color changes, becomes brighter, clearer.

Then slowly move your left hand towards the causal body.

On the way, open your hand.
